We use PayPal, one of the top third-party secure online transaction providers, to process our online orders.

If you haven't used PayPal before, here are some basic things you should know about the process:

1. Through PayPal you can pay for online purchases with your credit card. Paypal accepts most of the popular credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa.
   
   
2. You don't need to become a member of PayPal to use it, although you can join in less than five minutes at no cost to you.
   
   
3. When paying for flowers from Rosaflora, PayPal will automatically add $15.95 ($12.00 US) to your order, which is the standard fee for delivery to any location within Australia.
   
   
4. All PayPal charges will be displayed in Australian dollars.
   
   • Australian customers will be billed in Australian dollars.
     
     
   • Customers from all other countries will be billed in US dollars and the amount converted on their credit card statements.
     
     
5. PayPal purchases from our web site will be credited to Rosaflora's parent company. This is the name that will be displayed on your credit card statement.
   

Tips on Using PayPal:

Here's how it works:

• When you select your flowers and click on one of our order buttons, you will immediately be taken to the PayPal screen.
  
  
• You will see your purchase listed in Australian dollars. This will later be converted to your currency on your credit card.
  
  
• You will see 2 choices:
  
  
  1. "Continue Shopping". Click on this if you need to select another item from Rosaflora.
     
     
  2. "Secure Checkout". Click on this if you've finished your selection.
     
     When you click on Secure Checkout, you'll be taken to the next screen where you'll see your total cost, with the shipping and handling ("Postage & Packing").
     
  
  
• If you DON'T have a PayPal account . . .
  
  
  • You'll go to a screen where you'll submit your own name and address plus credit card details.
    
    You'll also find a box on this page for "Delivery Address/Note on Card". Here's where you tell Rosaflora where you want the flowers delivered and what message you'd like on the card accompanying your flowers.
    
    
• If you DO have a PayPal account . . .
  
  
  • PayPal members will click to go straight to an order summary page, which includes the "Delivery Address/Note on Card" box. Add a shipping address and a message for the card that we include with each floral gift.
    
    

If for some reason you don't see the "Delivery Address/Note on Card" box while making your payment, you'll find the same form on our Thank You page after your payment is processed.
